History
The company was founded by Restelli Mario in 1952 with the intention of being able to ride the moment of extreme economic growth of that period and derive its benefits, motivated by an entrepreneurial spirit widely found at that time. It has been modified in its statute to bring it to be a totally single-owner company and like all companies it has suffered cyclical economic crises, facing them by seeking new products and new technical solutions.
